How Time Flies

So, I'm a slacker. Not really, I've just been busy. I'm in school right now and there are only a couple weeks left in the semester. That means tons of homework on top of work, work. This week especially. Why is it that all Professors have their projects and final papers due on the same day? I think it is some type of conspiracy. Thanksgiving was great. I went to my sister's, (let's define since I have four) Shannon, who just had that sweet little baby a few weeks ago. On top of having a good time, the food was fantastic. I brought the potatoes and Ranch Dressing. No not difficult items to bring but, you can't have Thanksgiving with out either. The potatoes are a given for me as I do get a 50 pound box from the RCW. :) Let's face it, what else would I do with 50lbs of potatoes? AND.... since I can't make a post with out a photo....... A few years ago, my sister (Shannon) and I went on a trip to Austria and Italy. I'll admit that I'...

Oh, The Places I Love To Go

Two of the things I love - travel and photography. Lucky for me, they work well together. I thought I would post a couple of photos from one of my trips last year. I was able to go to London and Paris. It was amazing. Two spots I've always wanted to go. My Mom went with me and I don't think she'll ever go on vacation with me again. There is just so much to see in what little time a vacation allows, I like to have a plan. :) Hey, you don't go on a site seeing vacation to sit in a hotel room right? You never gain weight when you're on vacation with me. There is plenty of food but, it gets worked off.

Happy Birthday!

When I said I had fourteen nieces and nephews a few day ago well, I lied. NOW I have fourteen. She came today. My sister allowed me to be there during the birth and it was amazing. Little Sarah is the last of eight. Busy day. I fit in work, school and having my hand squeezed to death by my sister. Gladly. All in a day's work. As for the details for family.... she arrived @ 3:45 pm, 6 lbs 15 oz, 20 1/2 inches.

Gotta Start Somewhere.....

Alright, I thought I better get on board with this whole blog thing. Everyone has these great blogs that I read all the time. It's a great way to keep in touch. The thing is, everyone I know that has a blog posts all of these fantastic things about their families, children, etc. Well, I thought, why can't a single girl have a blog? I have "kids". Fourteen nieces and nephews that you'll see plenty of photo's of. So, this is officially my first post. Also, according to my friend Joanna, they need to be timely as well. I'll work on that. I spent the afternoon at Lagoon with my sister and her family. It was finally a beautiful Saturday instead of rain/snow. It was great fun. Their youngest is just the cutest thing ever, as you can see. Wish me luck with this. :)
